Strawberry Shortcake

Material＜4 pieces＞

【Main ingredients】

• Ready-made puff pastry boxes / 4
• Fresh strawberries / appropriate amount

【Stuffing】

• Fresh milk / 50g
• Light cream / 50g
• Yolk / 10g
• Brown sugar / 8g
• Low-gluten flour / 5g
• Vanilla sesame oil / 1 drop

【Method】

1. Mix low-gluten flour and brown sugar evenly, add fresh milk and light cream in batches and mix well until there are no powder particles.

2. Cook over low heat until slightly warm. Add egg yolks in portions and mix well. Continue to cook over low heat while stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. Place the puff pastry box on a baking pan with a round baking mesh.

4. Spread egg wash on top and bake in oven at 190 degrees for 8 minutes.

5. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool, squeeze in the custard sauce, top with strawberries and serve.
