Oatmeal Cranberry Chocolate Cookies

  • Low-gluten flour / 200g
  • Chocolate chips / 70g
  • Granulated sugar / 60 
  • Instant oats / 50g
  • Dried cranberries / 50g
  • Unsalted butter / 50g
  • Chopped almonds / 30g
  • Aluminum-free baking powder / 7g
  • Egg / 2 pieces
  • Salt / 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon / 1/4 teaspoon

          【Method】

          1. After the butter has softened to room temperature, add sugar and eggs and mix well.

          2. Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder and mix well.

          3. Mix in oats, salt, and finally add chocolate chips and chopped almonds.

          4. Take out about one tablespoon of cookie dough at a time, roll it into a ball and flatten it to 1 cm thick, and spread an appropriate amount of oatmeal on the bottom.

          5. Place the butter paper on the square baking mesh.

          6. Place on the grill grid and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

          【Tips】

          For chocolate nuggets, you can use chocolate beans that are insoluble in the oven and can be purchased at bakeries.
