    • Grilled Beef Skewer

    Ingredients＜Serves 2＞

    【Main ingredients】

    • Beef cubes / 150g

            【Marinage】

            • Soy sauce / 1/2 tablespoon
            • Rice wine / 1/2 tablespoon
            • White sugar / 1/4 tablespoon
            • Sesame oil / 1/2 tablespoon
            • Minced garlic / 1 piece

            【Method】

            1. Cut the beef into similar sizes.

            2. Mix the marinade ingredients, add beef and marinate for at least half an hour.

            3. Skewer the beef, leaving space between each piece.

            4. Place the beef skewers in a dual-purpose baking pan with a round grill mesh.

            5. Bake at 280 degrees for 5 minutes.
