【Main ingredients】

  • High-gluten flour / 100g
  • Low-gluten flour / 50g
  • Instant dry yeast / 1.5g
  • Brown sugar / 5g
  • Sea ​​salt / 1g
  • Dried mixed herbs / 1/3 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary (slightly chopped and set aside) / 1 teaspoon
  • Water / 100g
  • Olive oil / 1 teaspoon

          【Ingredients】

          • Olive oil / 1 teaspoon
          • Black olives, cherries, black pepper, fresh rosemary, seven-spice powder, cheese powder, sea salt / appropriate amount of each

          【Method】

          1. Mix all the ingredients (A) and knead until smooth. Knead the dough until it is stretchable.

          2. Cover and ferment until doubled in size. It will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The fermentation time will vary depending on the weather temperature.

          3. Spread a little olive oil on the bottom of the baking pan. After fermentation is complete, flatten it into a thin dough with your hands and place it on a dual-purpose baking sheet lined with butter paper.

          4. After covering, ferment for another 30 minutes.

          5. Spread olive oil on the dough, poke some small holes randomly with your fingers, spread the ingredients (B) on it, and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
