Tom Yum Pumpkin Seafood Risotto

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Pumpkin / 120g
  • Frozen seafood pellets / 180g
  • Cherry tomatoes / 8~10 capsules
  • Rice / 1 bowl

          【Sauce】

          • Tom Yum Sauce / 2 tablespoons
          • Fish sauce / 1/2 teaspoon
          • Cream / 150g

          【Method】

          1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and set aside.

          2. Wash the seafood pieces and pat dry, set aside.

          3. Mix seasoning and all ingredients together.

          4. Put pumpkin rice into a small pot.

          5. Bake at 240 degrees for 15 minutes.

          【Tips】

          Tom Yum Sauce can be purchased at Thai grocery stores.
          ・You can use milk instead of cream according to your personal taste.
