Sautéed Mushrooms with Salt Koji

【Main ingredients】

  • Greenhouse cucumber / 2 pieces
  • Brown mushroom / 450g
  • Carrots / a little
  • Minced garlic / 1 teaspoon
  • Jiang Rong / 1 teaspoon
  • Salt koji / 2 tsp


          1. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, cut the cucumber into pieces, and slice the carrots.

          2. Fry the mushrooms in a white wok until the water comes out.

          3. Heat a little oil in a wok, add minced garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

          4. Add cucumber, carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of water and salted koji and stir-fry until the juice is reduced.
