Mille Feuille Hot Pot

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Lee Kum Kee Special Fresh Mushroom Noodles / 2 half teaspoon
  • Japanese pork / 2 1 pack
  • Wangcai / 21
  • Hongxi Mushroom / 2 appropriate amount
  • Golden mushroom / 2 half pack
  • Carrot / 2 appropriate amount (cut into flowers for decoration)
  • Okra / 2 pieces (diced)


          1. Add 2 teaspoons of Lee Kum Kee Special Fresh Mushroom Powder to 800ml of water, mix well and set aside.

          2. Place Lee Kum Kee Special Fresh Mushroom Powder on the pork slices, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

          3. After tearing and washing the Chinese cabbage, place the Chinese cabbage and golden mushrooms evenly on the bottom of the pot.

          4. Place the pork evenly on a piece of mustard greens, and then put another piece of mustard greens on the surface. Repeat the above steps three times, then cut into three to four sections, and then put them evenly around the edges into the pot to form a flower. Add some mushrooms, carrot flowers and okra to decorate.

          5. Finally, pour in the soup prepared with Lee Kum Kee's special fresh mushroom powder, and bring the vegetable pot to a boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
