Crispy Whole Egg Waffles

  • Low gluten flour / 150g
  • Corn flour / 35g
  • Baking powder / 4g
  • Fresh milk / 100g
  • Sugar / 35g
  • Butter solution / 40g
  • Eggs / 2 about 100 grams
  • Salt / 1g
  • Fruit / appropriate amount


          1. Stir egg liquid and sugar until foamy, then pour in fresh milk.

          2. Add sifted low-gluten flour, corn flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.

          3. Pour in the butter solution and mix, and let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes (or put it in the refrigerator overnight, and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour before use).

          4. Preheat the Vitantonio waffle maker for about 4 minutes. When the green light appears, pour in the batter and cover the machine for about 4 minutes until golden brown and it is done. You can add your favorite fruits.
