Light Tomato Fish Fillet Ebi Hot Pot

【Main ingredients】

  • AquaGreen large bunch of eggplant / 3
  • AquaGreen Hydroponic Crystal Romaine Lettuce / 2 trees
  • Minced garlic / appropriate amount
  • Fish fillets, prawns, enoki mushrooms, pleurotus pleurotus, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, tofu skin, shredded taro / appropriate amount (can be added or subtracted according to personal preference)


    1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and wash the remaining ingredients and set aside.

    2. Use Multi Grill Pot to adjust the heat to medium, heat the pot, add a little cooking oil and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

    3. Turn up the heat, add the tomatoes and stir-fry the red oil, then add boiling water (stock can also be used), bring to a boil again, turn to medium heat, cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft and rotten.

    4. Add mushrooms and cook for a while, then add other ingredients to the pot and cook.

    5. When the soup becomes thick, add the crystal romaine lettuce and cook slightly.
