Shrimp Stuffed Sea Cucumber Tomato Soup

【Main ingredients】
- Aquamate sea cucumber / 1 package
- Shrimp meat / 180g
- Salt / 1/4 teaspoon
- Cornstarch / 1 teaspoon
- Pepper / a little
- Protein / half
- Chicken powder / 1/8 teaspoon
【Sauce】
- Aqua green cherry tomato / 1 box
- Aqua green bell pepper / 100g
- Fennel / 1
- Onion / half
- Tomatoes with branches / 2
- Minced garlic / 1.5 tbsp
- Canned tomatoes / 400g
- Vegetable stock cubes / half a grain
- Liquor / 50ml
- Water / 500ml
- Oregano / half tablespoon
【Recipe for Stuffed Sea Cucumbers with Shrimp】
1. Flatten the shrimp meat, add all the seasonings, and stir clockwise until it becomes gluey. You can lightly smash the shrimp glue to remove the air.
2. Dry the sea cucumber, pat some cornstarch inside and stuff it with shrimp paste.
3. Add oil to the pot, place the shrimps slippery side down, and lightly fry the shrimps until they turn colour, take them out and set aside.
[Recipe for fennel and tomato soup]
1. Dice onions, fennel, bell peppers, cherries and tomatoes.
2. Add oil to the pot, add onions and minced garlic and sauté over high heat (HI) until fragrant. After the onions are translucent, add fennel and sauté until fragrant. Add tomatoes and cherries and sauté until the juice is released.
3. Pour in white wine and cook for 5 minutes. Add canned tomatoes and oregano and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in water and vegetable stock cubes. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth, add shrimp and sea cucumber and it is done.
