Scallion Pancake

Ingredients <8 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • All-purpose flour /2 00g
  • Boiling water / 70g
  • Cold boiled water / 30g


  • Chopped green onion / 80g
  • Grapeseed oil / 10g
  • Black pepper / 1 teaspoon
  • Salt / appropriate amount


        1. Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.

        2. Sift all-purpose flour, add boiling water and mix quickly, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

        3. Add cold boiled water in batches, knead into a ball, cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

        4. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll out the dough, spread the ingredients and roll it up.

        5. Then roll the long strip of dough inwards into a snail shape.

        6. Use a rolling pin to gently roll out the dough to the size of the baking pan. \

        7. Spread a little oil on the pancake plate, put the dough on it, cover it and bake for 5 minutes.
