Baked Lamb Rack With Mustard & Herbs

【Main ingredients】

  • Sheep rack / 3 pieces
  • Fresh Rosemary / 2 plants
  • Mustard / 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper / appropriate amount
  • Salt / appropriate amount
  • Cherry tomatoes / appropriate amount


          1. After defrosting the lamb rack, pat dry with paper towels, then marinate with a little black pepper and salt for 10 minutes.

          2. Fry both sides of the marinated lamb rack over high heat until fragrant (about 25 seconds on each side), and then apply mustard sauce on both sides of the lamb rack (the lamb rack must be hot enough to allow the flavor to enter).

          3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 2 minutes, then place the lamb rack in the air fryer, put a little rosemary on the lamb rack noodles, place the cherries next to it, bake at 185 degrees for 10 minutes, then reverse Bake at 195 degrees for another 7 minutes, and the crispy and delicious mustard and herb grilled lamb rack is easily ready.



          ・If you want half-cooked lamb rack, the temperature can be higher and the time shorter.
