Cheese Bite

Ingredients <38 pieces>


  • Baking powder / 2g
  • Milk powder/5g
  • Cheese powder / 5g
  • Powdered sugar / 35g
  • Low gluten flour / 95g

【Ingredients B】

  • Unsalted butter / 50g
  • Whole egg liquid / 25g
  • Shredded cheese / 15g


    1. Mix ingredients A until the sugar dissolves.

    2. Add frozen butter, crush the butter and powder with your fingertips and mix well until it resembles bread crumbs.

    3. Add the whole egg liquid and cheese shreds and mix well to form a dough.

    4. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    5. Divide the dough into 38 portions (each portion weighs about 6 grams) and shape into balls.

    6. Place in the waffle plate, cover, and bake for about 2-3 minutes.
