Purple Heart Sweet Potato and Cashew Soup

  • Purple Heart Sweet Potato/Purple Sweet Potato / 100g
  • Cashew nuts / 40g
  • Italian cucumber / half
  • Onion / 1/4
  • Minced garlic / 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger / 1/2 tsp
  • Water / 300ml
  • Rosemary (leave only) / a little
  • salt / a little


          1. Wash the purple sweet potatoes/purple sweet potatoes, wrap them in tin foil, bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, then take out the sweet potato flesh.

          2. Soak cashews in appropriate amount of water and cut into peanut size.

          3. Dice Italian cucumber and onion.

          4. Put all the ingredients into the Hot Soup Blender Pro and press hot blend mode. Add salt to taste when done.
