Beetroot and Cashew Soup

【Main ingredients】

  • Beetroot / 100g
  • Onion / 40g
  • Cashew / 20g
  • Water / 200ml


          1. Dice the onion, peel the beetroot and cut into small pieces.

          2. Put all the ingredients into the Soymilk & Soup Blender and add about 200 ml of water to the Max position.

          3. Close the lid and select Blended Soup mode.

          4. Finish adding salt and black pepper to taste.
