Corn, Green onion, Chicken and Milk Soup Noodles

【Main ingredients】

  • Rice noodles / Serves 2 people
  • Boneless Chicken Thigh / 300g
  • White corn (cut into pieces) / 1-2 pieces
  • Carrot (sliced) / half bar
  • Romaine lettuce / 1 tree
  • Golden mushroom / 150g
  • Green onions (cut diagonally) / 1 piece
  • Gresh milk / 400ml
  • Chicken broth + water / 700ml
  • Salt / appropriate amount
  • Black pepper / appropriate amount


          1. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Put the chicken skin side down into Multi Grill Pot (no need to add oil), fry over medium-low heat until the chicken oil is released and the chicken skin is golden brown, turn over and fry the other side until fragrant, do not fry until fully cooked, remove and cut into pieces and set aside.

          2. Sauté the green onions over medium heat, then add the corns and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the chicken stock/water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes until the corn core can be pierced with chopsticks.

          3. Turn to low heat, add chicken, carrots, enoki mushrooms, and fresh milk, bring to a boil, taste test, and season as needed. Add rice noodles and lettuce, cook and serve.
