Grilled Japanese Rice Balls

Ingredients <4 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Japanese rice mixed with sushi vinegar / 3 bowls
  • Cucumber slices / appropriate amount
  • Carrot slices / appropriate amount
  • Pork floss / appropriate amount
  • Japanese soy sauce / a little
  • Seaweed slices / 4 slices


          1. Spread a little oil on the square hot sandwich plate, put an appropriate amount of rice on it, and compact it slightly.

          2. Place cucumber slices, carrot slices and pork floss.

          3. Add an appropriate amount of rice and sprinkle with a little soy sauce.

          4. Cover and bake for 4.5 - 5 minutes.

          5. Spread a little soy sauce on the baked rice balls and stick them with seaweed slices.
