Fried Chicken Thighs

Ingredients<Serves 2>

【Main ingredients】

  • Chicken thigh (with bones) / 2 pieces (800g)
  • Salt / 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic / 1
  • Oil / 200ml
  • Potato / 2
  • Watercress / 1 string
  • Lemon/appropriate amount

    【 Preparation】

    ・Season the chicken thighs lightly with salt.
    ・Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces and set aside.


    1. Put the chicken thighs, garlic and oil into Multi Grill Pot and heat over MED.

    2. When boiling, cover with lid (*1) and heat on WARM for about 2 hours (*2).
    (*1) Except for low-temperature cooking in WARM (about 80 degrees below), do not close the lid when making other fried foods, because water vapor droplets may fall into the oil, causing danger.
    (*2) Please note that the power will automatically turn off after 2 hours.

    3. Remove the ingredients and oil from the pot, then add 1 tablespoon of the oil just used to the pot and fry the chicken skin at MED until it turns golden brown.

    4. Then, add 2 tablespoons of oil into the pot, put in the potatoes, and bake over MED heat until a bamboo skewer can pass through them.

    5. Finally, put the roasted potatoes, watercress and lemon into a bowl as a side dish.
