Chocolate Cup Cake

Ingredients <24 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Unsalted butter / 30g
  • Whole egg liquid / 110g
  • Sugar / 60g
  • Light cream / 50g
  • Low gluten flour / 100g
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder / 10g
  • Baking powder / 4g
  • Dark chocolate / 20g

【Decorations】

  • Dark chocolate / 20g
  • Sweet cream / 100g

      【Method】

      1. Beat the sweet cream first and set aside.

      2. Black Chocolate Insulated Water Seat Melt.

      3. Mix the whipped sweet cream and dark chocolate and set aside.

      【Cake recipe】

      1. Melt unsalted butter and black chocolate in a kettle of hot water and set aside.

      2. Mix whole egg liquid, sugar and light cream until the sugar dissolves.

      3. Add sifted flour and mix well.

      4. Add the melted butter chocolate solution and mix well.

      5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

      6. Put the batter into a piping bag.

      7. Pour the batter into the cupcake plate, cover and bake for 3.5 minutes.

      8. Top with chocolate sweet cream according to personal preference or enjoy as is.
