Matcha Waffles

Ingredients <6 pieces>

【Ingredients A】

  • Salt / 2g
  • Sugar / 30g
  • Whole egg liquid / 55g
  • Fresh milk / 200g

【Ingredients B】

  • Baking powder / 6g
  • Matcha powder / 7g
  • Low gluten flour / 193g

【IngredientsC】

  • Grapeseed oil / 30g

    【Method】

    1. Mix ingredients A until the sugar dissolves.

    2. Mix ingredient B and sieve, pour into ingredient A and mix evenly.

    3. Finally add ingredient C, mix well, and let rest for about 30 minutes.

    4. Pour in an appropriate amount of batter, wait until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, cover and bake for 4-5 minutes.
