Brownie Cookies

Ingredients <16 pieces>

【Main ingredients】

  • Dark chocolate / 100g
  • Unsalted butter / 20g
  • Whole egg / 55g
  • Brown sugar / 35g
  • Low-gluten flour / 30g
  • Baking soda / 2g
  • Chocolate chips in the oven / 35g
  • Icing sugar (for dipping) / 10g

          【Method】

          1. Heat the butter and black chocolate over water until the chocolate and butter melt into a liquid state.

          2. Beat the eggs and sugar, then add to the butter-chocolate mixture in batches and mix well.

          3. Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder, sift into the mixture in step (2) and mix well.

          4. Add chocolate chips and mix well.

          5. Refrigerate in the regular compartment of the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.

          6. Take out from the refrigerator, divide into about 16 portions, and roll into small balls.

          7. Dip in icing sugar, place on the pan lined with butter paper, and bake at 160 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes.

          【Tips】

          ・The finished chocolate mixture must be refrigerated until hard before use.
          ・You can choose the dark chocolate concentration as you like. This recipe uses 70% dark chocolate.
