Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients <4 pieces>

【Ingredients A】

  • Salt / 1g
  • Sugar / 30g
  • Whole egg liquid / 35g
  • Fresh milk / 160g

【Ingredients B】

  • Baking powder / 4g
  • Natural pumpkin powder / 15g
  • Low gluten flour / 110g

【Ingredients C】

  • Unsalted butter / 20g


    1. Heat unsalted butter in a pot of water until it melts and set aside.

    2. Mix ingredients A until the sugar dissolves.

    3. Mix ingredient B and sieve, pour into ingredient A and mix evenly.

    4. Finally add C, mix well, and let rest for about 30 minutes.

    5. Pour an appropriate amount of batter into the waffle plate. When bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, cover and bake for 4-5 minutes.
